I had a fantastic week at Mar Senses. The suite was spacious and immaculate. Location offered easy access to the beach. Breakfast impressed me with its diverse, delicious options. The staff were friendly and attentive, really made a difference. The pool area always felt well-maintained and relaxing. A couple of drawbacks, I found the mattresses overly firm for my liking, and the sunbeds were reserved quickly, even before the pool opened. It created a bit of tension that detracted from the relaxation vibe. But, on the whole, the positives far outweighed the negatives.

The location was superb, just a quick stroll to the beach with an array of bars and restaurants. The hotel staff consistently provided excellent service, always making an effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Our suite offered a beautiful mountain view that added to the ambiance of our getaway.

The decor in the common areas felt slightly dated.

The breakfast spread was an artisanal dream, with delectable fresh fruit and local pastries that made each morning a culinary adventure. Plus, the poolside snack bar had some tasty treats that complemented those lazy afternoons. And let's not forget, the location is just a hop away from fabulous eateries like Little Italy Puerto Pollensa and Mirch Masala!

We booked a Junior Suite and hoped for a ground floor, but ended up on the first floor. A bit of a hassle lugging heavy bags up the stairs. However, the staff were super accommodating and handled it like pros!
